Is there area in the U.S. industry for an another retro-style muscles car? According to Rob Gilles, Chrysler's primary developer and manager of the Avoid style, the respond to that problem is yes. At last week's SEMA replacement display in Las Nevada, Gilles informed show-goers at the Mopar take a position that he is "seriously looking at how to restore the Plymouth Barracuda."

Being that the Plymouth style was eliminated from the Chrysler Team's collection again in 2001, if the 'Cuda were to be improved, it would probably be offered under the Chrysler style. And like the unique Seventies style, it would be centered off the present Avoid Enemy.
This is not initially that Chrysler Class has toyed around with the strategy of returning the 'Cuda name plate, but due to possession changes and of course, last seasons bailout, the business was required to put all programs on carry.

Over the last years, we've seen a few strategy designs of the Cuda. At the 2007 release of the SEMA Show, there was a custom-made develop known as the "BBP Venture 'Cuda". That's the one highlighted in our photography collection here.
The 'Cuda strategy was generate by Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters, which coincidentally, was the same business that built the unique Enemy Concept that guide to the present creation style.

The personalized Cuda Cabriolet strategy that we first informed you about again in May designed yet another community appearance, now at this previous weekend’s “Cars and Coffee” car get together in Irvine, Florida. Like the Cuda Car Concept that stirred a bit of a turmoil at last season's SEMA Show in LA, the retro-penned Convertible was also designed by “Metalcrafters”. From the little we know about it, it's using the Chrysler 300 / Avoid Battery charger program using a present day HEMI V8 powerplant. -More images after the jump.
